Can be used in the microwave, dishwasher, fridge or freezer. They are 15cm x 4cm with a higher edge on one side to use either as a gripping point or to make it easier to scoop with a spoon, of 5cm. Best used on smooth surfaces like plastic/glass etc. Not as good on rough wooden surfaces.
For better suction, place a tiny bit of water over suction surface. Please note this is NOT a teething toy.
